This schedule should enable everyone to keep track of when payments are due.
PAYMENT IS DUE THE FIRST SCHEDULED CLASS OF EACH PERIOD.
Any payments not made by the end of the second week in a period will be subject to a $15 late fee. If the student cannot attend classes the first two weeks of a period, then payment for the four-week period should be mailed in to avoid the late fee. IF TUITION PAYMENTS ARE NOT KEPT CURRENT, STUDENT MAY NOT CONTINUE CLASSES.
Enrollment is through June 19, 2012 and as such we are holding your place in these classes. Therefore, tuition is expected each period unless a student is formally withdrawn at the end of a four-week period. If there are legitimate hardship reasons why payment cannot be made ON TIME for a particular period, please explain to Mrs. Russell in the office and deferred payment can be arranged for that specific period.
Thank you for your cooperation in paying on time which will enable us to run the school more efficiently and meet our expenses.
REMINDER: For proper credit, please write the student’s first and last names on the check.
